Denise hold degrees in Fine Arts (BA) and Tourism Administration (MTA). She is a member of Mortar Board, Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, was the southeast district president of Tau Beta Sigma, and former student body VP at UF. She currently sits on the President's Advisory Council as a certified member of the John Maxwell Team, and is a certified personal and executive coach with Erickson Solution-Based coaching. She was nominated for the Johana Knox Award for Community Service Excellence, was the 2015 SAP Ambassador of the Year, received a Lifetime Achievement Award from President Obama in 2017 for her civic and community engagement, and the Q3 recipient of Leading with Possibilities for SAP. Along with School of Thoughts, Denise founded Thirst Aid Live, raising funds and awareness for the global water crisis, is the board chair of Save the Earth Projects, Inc., board of the Four Townes YMCA, member of the International Coaching Federation, an active contributing writer for Forbes Coaches Council, and is on the Business Intelligence Board for Chief Learning Officer and Workforce Magazine, and Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review.
Michelle has degrees in organization management and leadership and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. She is a creative and dynamic speaker certified in the Connection Practice by Rasur Foundation International, a certified coach/speaker/trainer in the mentorship program of the John Maxwell Team, and also has certifications in mindfulness training. Michelle has been extremely successful training personnel serving some of the top-most and successful organizations in the world. She also is a senior adviser, speech writer, and sits on the board of Save the Earth Projects, Inc.
