About

I started coaching and working in leadership development as a practitioner over 18 years ago. My experience is in leading teams focused on exploration, enablement, engagement, and empowerment of leaders at all levels. I am a life-long learner and have invested my time and energies in crafting a holistic and well-rounded suite of offerings including  multiple certifications in business and life coaching, master certifications in DISC, leadership coaching from Maxwell Leadership, 6 Stages of Cultural Mastery, and Positive Intelligence.

I give back to global communities through social responsibility and volunteerism including serving on the Chief Learning Officer magazine and Harvard Business Review Business Intelligence Boards, global board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF CIO), Moving Worlds, and leader of the board for Save the Earth Projects.

About a decade ago I founded School of Thoughts to be an organization and collaborative dedicated to motivating, inspiring, and engaging leaders of all ages toward excellence.

 

I have hand selected colleagues with areas of expertise including transformational leadership, mindfulness, collaboration, effective communication, career transitions, personal development, and inspired problem-solving. Our collective of thought leaders and practitioners are focused on collaborative and solution-based approaches maximizing human potential, facilitating transformation, and implementing personal growth strategies through coaching.

When I am not personally coaching or consulting, I love to write. Since 2019 I have been a frequent published author for Forbes (Coaches Council) and in 2022 I published the #1 new release "Twelve Days: A Christmas Exploration".

I am passionate about sharing insights with a broader audience and in 2023 started "What's on Your Bookshelf" life and leadership podcast. 

​

With experience as an adjunct facilitator and guest speaker, I hold a Masters in Science from the George Washington University Graduate School of Business (Tourism Administration) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from the University of Florida.

 

My dedication to community service has been recognized with the President's Lifetime Achievement Award from the President of the United States. During his tenure, I served as an advanced team member for Vice President Al Gore and continue to consult elected officials from across aisles, global corporate executives, celebrities, and entertainers.
